Vodafone – Wrong billing, Services Activated

I have bought new nokia phone on 13th SEP. There was a special offer from Vodafone for data usage of 1GB for two months. I have not requested for data service activation but by default this service was made active by Vodafone and charges of 1.3 GB data usage raised on my number. Specific plan was made active by vodafone on 25th SEP. Need to get the bill corrected for the non requested data plan between period 13th to 25th SEP

NR 4246 to be waived off.
