I am a Vodafone user since many years .. I was using prepaid then they called me asked me to transfer the number to postpaid .. I have changed my number to postpaid … rental rs 325 .. I have activated 2g Internet pack of rs 199.. but from the first month only they are charging me like anything … I am tired now.. last two months I thought may be I have clicked mistakenly so they charged me for download moreover I have Internet pack also .. I got the bill of Dec 2014 two days back again again I am charged rs 495 … They are saying I have download something … but I haven’t I got prove also… They are just making fool of us .. I am an engineering student I know how to use Internet.. why I will repeat the same mistake every month .. It is impossible to pay rs 1154 for a student

I have already paid Rs 600 … but I don’t want to pay that fake charge which I haven’t done .. I want them to waiver ( minus ) Rs 495 from Rs 1154.28 .. I Am ready to pay the actual amount as per my usage … They are saying I have downloaded some contents like ndtv. .. charged Rs 99 ( 3-4 times) mobiletra …. charged 99 so on.. I don’t even know what to do with all this … Even when I asked them what is the use of these contents ..They don’t know ..
