Vodafone Wrong Data Charges

I have a Vodafone Mobile Data Plan VF_AP_249. I get 1024 mb data. In the month of april they charged me wrongly by showing excess usage and then i filed the complain in apalette authority and they waived off the charges. In june they again sent me wrong bill with same inflated charges and showing excess usage. This time they are not accepting their mistake and saying that it is correct and they will not waive off. in both the cases the pattern was same as they delayed my bill by two days and showing excess usage in last three days and in both the months i did not receive any message after 600 mb usage.

They are charging me extra which is not correct and every time it is a mental tension to contact customer care and register details and listening same non sense.
