Vodafone – Wrong information given to Customer

Last month I post a port number request to vodafone. They gave me a plan according to me with monthly rental and said this would get activated by next month bill cycle. I called to confirm on 5 aug as my bill generates on 6 every month. Call center girl said yes this would get activated But nothing happened. I called again to customer care but then they said sorry we do not have any request here. I again dropped A port request . This time vodafone retention team called me and said they will activate that scheme just now but still nothing activated. This was just their trick to retention. They are playing faulse with customers .

I want my plan to be activated asap With all benefits of plan.
