Dear Sir I want to complaint against Idea Cellular C-105 Industrial Area Phase 7 SAS Nagar Mohali 160055 for not giving me 3G services in Sector 44 B Chandigarh.As I had purchased 3G connection from Idea Cellular Ltd Sector 35 Chandigarh on 4th June and after 2 weeks the signal of 3G connection was switched off and I had written complaints to Idea Customercare many times and they are saying that your Reference Number ie Complaint Number 1-46213296023 will be solved on 23rd.June.2014 but nothing has been solved till now.I had written to them to refund my Rs 250 as soon as possible nor they are responding and nor they are replying to me till now.Please take a legal action against Idea Cellular as soon as possible for doing fraud and cheating as soon as possible and why they are not giving refund my Rs 250 when there is no 3G services in Sector 44 B Chandigarh.Thanks With Regards Puneet Pal Singh

I want 3G services in Sector 44 B Chandigarh as soon as possible.As we are paying them taxes including service tax so why they are not giving 3G services.Please take an action against the person responsible for that.
