I do the No portability from Idea to Vodafone for my mobile no 9824091xxx in the month of March-2014 and I am using apple I-Phone. During my application, Concern executive has made mistake and right checkbox for Blackberry services for the amount of 899+service tax which I have never used in my life. I come to know during the first bill in the month of Apr-2014 that Blackberry services was activated wrongly. First I had deactivated blackberry service and talk with customer care for wave off my blackberry service charges. I made payment for my bill accept Blackberry service on right time. My conversation with Vodafone customer care service the concern person told me that your complaint is booked and amount will be waved of during next bill which was cancelled without my intimation. Suddenly yesterday my all outgoing call other than Vodafone is blocked. I talked with executive who has taken my application. They accept their mistake and sent mail to Vodafone corporatecare.gujarat@gmail.com. After many mail conversation with corporate care they forward my mail to concern team and my service request no is 63964988 and give time limit for 2nd of May-2014. In short Vodafone team like mental harassment to customer through stopping of outgoing service for to payment bill for their team member mistake. I have 9000 Rs credit limit although they have blocked my outgoing service.
I am highly educated (BE IT and ICWA)I am not able to do the business call because of outgoing calls are blocked. Time spending for many call with customer care and other concerned officer.
