Customer Name: Ghanathe Tulja Ramakrishna Mobile nO 9700448xxx Complaint nos with company: 1750923598,1751577786 In the bill generated on 14th jan 2015, i have been charged Rs. 199 for downloads. When i have asked customer care about the downloads. They have registered complaint against this downloads. complaint no. is 1750923598. After two days the request was closed saying the downloads were genuine and the customer was not reachable on the phone. I have again registered complaint by going to the vodafone store for the downloads which i did not make, complaint no. 1751577786. The again the reply was downloads were genuine and the customer is not reachable. I live in the core city of secunderabad. How can my phone is not reachable. I saw in the vodafone store staff system they have called me 10 times. This is just ignorance of customer requesting and involving cheating. i Strongly believe i have not made this downloads, at the first time itself i got a message from the vodafone saying amount of Rs. 99 has been waived. How can the other downloads are genuine? I have not made any downloads, why would i make download tv for 199 Rs. i can get freely from android app.This is just cheating the customer and ignorance about the customers request.

I want waiver of Rs. 199. which is overcharged in my vodafone bill on 14th jan 2015.
