I have purchased a Voltas Air Conditioner from Vijay sales Janak Puri (New Delhi) Branch on dated 3-may-2014, and it was delivered to me on 4-May-2014 while i was out of City for a week when i come back, i was tried to install that Air Conditioner, i unpacked from a box which was fully genuine packed but unfortunately i found that this AC is physically broken kindly please take a look in attached picture, so immediately i have reported this issue to Showroom and they said will replace this AC after two days, so i waited 2 more days and then they send me again a replacement, so when i received that replacement, i asked to delivery man for unpack the AC so i can check, they unpacked and then i found this replacement is broken more than what i currently have, right after 2 hours they send again replacement to me which is also having same issue.

Return the item and get my full money back including the compensation for this trouble and spending my precious time with this dealer for without any my mistake.
