I have purchase bus ticket through online portal service of REDBUS(www.redbus.in) Hyderabad to Kakinada Travel date& time: 09/05/2014 23:15hrs ( LB Nagar, Hyderabad pickup point) Ticket no:TG6646732522 Bus operator: Sri bhargavi Travels I have reached boarding point at 20:30hrs and informed same to bus operator and operator told me wait for bus. At 23:00Redbus operator phoned me informed that bus service was cancelled due broke down of bus. I requested for alternative bus service. Operator replied negatively. As travel was important I took taxi by paying Rs 10,000/- in night to reach destination. Later I came to know that The bus service was not cancelled and it was operated as per schedule. I heard similar experience from co passengers from same Redbus service and sri Bhargavi travels. This may be due to selling the ticket at higher price than the online advertized price. This is unethical practice and to be completely probed by govt. agency in the interest of consumers. I request you do justice

Compensation Rs 20,000/- towards travel expenses and mental agony
