Service dealer sent person for servicing who after doing the same informed that the cooling was low as the cooling gas was low. Charges for servicing Rs.900/- he gave receipt but gas top up charges Rs.1200/- he did not provide saying that a seperate receipt needs to be given and he was not carrying the same. After one week the cooling again stopped. On complaint the same person again checked and informed that there was gas leakage and complete refill would be done for Rs.2750/-. I agreed but said the payment will be made after one week to verify that the AC is working and the earlier leakage does not happen again. He disappeared saying he did not have tools for gas refilling. Repeated complaints even to the regional head and national head has not evoked any response.
