Product not repaired/Replaced under warranty. As per company’s policy, defective product is shipped back to company, But no communication from company regarding it till dat. More than 10 days are passed. I think, as warranty expiration date is near, they are purposefully delaying the procedure. Order No. 934 (Wammy Note Mobile) Communication is attached.

Device Cost- 11000/- Rs. Shipping- 310/- Rs. Touchscreen is not working. So mobile is not in condition to use.
