Whaaky.com – damage – broken product sold

i had order many item but the company has wasted my time and even fail to deliver the product in time, and when they deliver new men combo – 2 pack,on 28.4.14, but this product i order on 11.4.14, and after that many more product on 11.4.14,

i want to return the product and if possible change it, and also the company had wasted my lot of time which they cannot compensate , but there should be some fine to avoid such negligence and i am also ready to return the unused product to the company
