Whaaky.com Late Delivery, Products Not Upto Mark

My Whaaky.Com Order Number S80298822 Order Date 2014-04-07 I Purchased Kutons blazers from their site. First of all they did not delivered on Stipulated Time. Almost a Month late. Size are clearly different on the Blazers. I have mailed that size was also different of all the blazers. Damages as well. Used products. Now they have accepted their mistake. But now they have asked me to send the courier to them which will cost me around 600rs. I am ready to pay that as well but there will be no Guarantee of Proper replacements. Not this is company’s responsibility to deliver goods properly. Why will I bear the Pain. The should arrange for Pick up and replace them properly.
