Sir, I am Mr. Indresh Patel , who purchased a Power bank branded MI from online shoping site Whaaky.com, which was not delivered and not processed for a long time afeter ordered. After i send a mail reg this to the concern customer care and so i got that package after 8 days which was found to be defective. So again i have contacted the customer care and they commited through mail to replace. so as per their instruction i Resend the product by my own expenditure to replace on 19.03.2015. Here I got a mail regarding receipt of the send defective one on 31.03.2015.They commited to replace with in 4 working days. But Still i didn`t get my product replaced, and also they are not receiving my call, replying my mail… etc. there is no contact with them further.

Please kindly do the need full to get me the amount Rs 599 + my reseeded courier charge Rs 150
