Bajaj Allianz – Rejected my claim without any written

I took the car Insurance POLICY NO OG-15-1149-1801-00006xxx from Bajaj Allianz on 29 April 2014 which is valid up to 28 April 2015. My car got with accident on 10 April 2015 and car given at Batra Company dealor of Maruti on 13 April 2015 but they rejected my claim without any written and valid reason. I followed the matter with Bajaj and Maruti since 15 April 2015 vide complaint no 58294195, claim no OC161103180100001179 and 746961 respectively but my claim is pending till today. I again gave the car to Vipul Motors, Faridabad for repairing on 24 April 2015 but again the surveyour rejected the claim and threatened me that your car will niether be repaired nor be provided No Claim Bonus.I requested in Consumer helpline through internet 27 April 2015 in this regard for help. I got two calls from telephone no 011-166278150 on 28 April 2015. One from Mr Kanan Mishra, surveyor of Bajaj Allianz. He told me to withdraw the claim and he will restore my No claim Bonus, otherwise you will get nothing. Another call I received from Mr Gudeep Singh from Delhi Claim Department of Bajaj Allianz. He told me that the agency is agrred to repair your car partially. When I told him to repair the car fully as I had Zero Depth Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz, he told me if you insisted on it, you would get nothing.I repeatedly told him if it will not be repaired, please provide me the written reason and proof it before law of court. I received a letter Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited dated 28 April 2015 on 30 April 2015 in which I was directed to keep my vehicle at workshop for Re-inspection. They are harassing me mentally, physically and economically. I have spent more than the insurance premium amount for repairing the car and moving and pursuing the matter. I become tired and exhausted from Bajaj Allianz. Therefore I request you to please give the order to them to fulfill my claim and compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- for the harassment.

I want to repair my car fully and Rs. 200000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) as compensation as Bajaj Allianz has been harassing me mentally, physically and economically since 15 April 2015 even after request from consumer grievances helpline and threatening me for consequences.
