I had buy track pants from whaaky.com online of Rs: 625/- on 12-7-2014. Since it was not of good quality and improper size I returned the next day. The goods got returned to them around three months back and I mail 100 of times for refunding back the money. But they are not returning back my money.

I want an apology letter from them and a compensation of Rs 2000/- in cash (not the voucher of worst online site) because of the inconvenience caused by them. And also the amount that I paid for the goods ie. Rs 625/-.
