Kindly go through the following details quite carefully and please do reply responsibly rather than sending in stereo type replies. I had placed an order on your whaaky.com portal on 04-Nov-2014 purchase order number S80645278, I have ordered pants of size 40, and i got mismatch of size 20,30,36 When i called the customer care no one answers the call nor revert me a call, sometimes call will be answered and get disconnected, and i got a ridiculous reply stating that We would be definitely happy to assist you. We would like to inform you that the complete product has been delivered on.

After a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same. I am really fed up with your reply’s as well as with customer support and kindly provide me your grievance mail id i can forward the complaint. I hope this mail of mine goes to somebody senior and holding a responsible position in your organization and who can provide a meaningful and immediate solution. I hope to receive an immediate meaningful reply to this mail arunreddy44444@gmail as i am posting this concern of mine at Consumer Complaints.in as well and please do not kindly waste time any further by giving stereo type replies.
