Whirlpool Fridge – Technicians Unable Rectify Problem

I had purchased Whirlpool fridge-model no. Wpl-ref-dc-215L-230 i-magic 5dg-orchd W in the month of Oct’2012. After working properly for about 10 months the fridge started giving problem.Water droplets had started forming on the inside wall of the fridge.The technicians were unable to rectify the problem and ultimately replaced the same. The replaced fridge worked properly for about 6 months but the same problem surfaced in this fridge also.Nearly five inspections were made by the technicians of the manufacturer i.e Whirlpool India and the dealer i.e Reliance Digital, Visakhapatnam.I had first reported in the month of April but even after two months the problem has not been rectified.I had given nearly 10 reminders.

I want the problem to be fixed permanently.How they do it is up to the manufacturer and the dealer. I would like to exhaust all option before seeking a legal remedy. All correspondence with respect to the above mentioned problem has been made with the two parties i.e manufacturer and dealer through email.
