I made the payment to Whirlpool for the annual maintenance contract for 2 years. Valid from 30th september 2014 to 29th september 2016 for rs.4700/-. I made the cheque of the same amount in favour of raghuveer enterprises, the service centre. As it was mentioned in the contract and the company site. This cheque was given to the service engineer on 24th may 2014. And it was encashed by the centre in 2 days. I did not any document from the company then.

And now, i get a mail in march 2015, saying the contract is from 28th february 2015 to 28th february 2016!!!!!!
It also says what is covered under the contract and that includes the motor too. But my washing machine motor was changed on 9th march 2015 and i was charged rs. 650/- for it!!!!! I did not even get a receipt for the same!!

The only aim of whirlpool is to cheat consumers!!! The product is a defective one. I’ve had serious problems with it from the first year. And keep paying for some part. Some parts have been replaced twice!! It breaks down every month. And the service centre is also out to cheat customers. The call centre has terrible executives, who dont even understand basic English or hindi most times!!

Whirlpool is a fraudulent company. And i will be suing the company for all the mental harassment and all the charges that i’ve paid.
