I had purchased whirlpool fridge on 23/10/2013 the fridge gave trouble from day one .the compressor had to be replaced within 30 days from the day of purchase.recently the fridge has stopped cooling .repeated reminders at the store and emails have not produced any relief. the repair staff have visited twice but no commitment to do it on a priority basis. the product in spite within warranty has not given me any comfort as have to keep on reminding and following up with the store & their service center.
i want that the fridge is repaired at the earliest. if the fridge is defective as it suggests because of frequent breakdown than want a replacement of this product.the mental torture and the inconvenience caused during the last ten days should be compensated
