Whirlpool washing machine – Defective Unit

I had purchased a new Whirlpool washing machine on April 24, 2015. The machine was found defective when the Whirlpool engineer tried to install it on April 25. Engineer was asked to replace the machine. No action was taken until April 27 when a complaint was filed with Whirlpool(Req No. GB0415011922). As on May 1st, the dealer refuses to replace the machine and Whirlpool Customer Care has not replaced the machine so far saying their Customer Service will come back to me.

Immediate replacement of the washing machine.
