Flipkart – Order Cancelled without reason

I am a registered Flipkart customer through email as attulya@gmail.com and contact number as 9717645xxx. As a matter of fact, my last 3-4 transactions with Flipkart have been very fruitless pertaining to unknown reasons at Flipkart’s end. The reasons which were neither explained to me when I called Customer Care, nor I was provided with any reply when I enquired the scenario over the mail. 1) Order ID: OD002439133654363000 / Order Date: 28th March 2015 / Payment mode: Credit Card My transaction was cancelled by Flipkart. Refund was initiated and processed. When I contacted your Customer Care, they said “Due to some technical issue as Flipkart’s end, your order has been cancelled. You may please place the order again after some time”. 2) Order ID: OD002663881505622400 / OD102663999485144100 / OD102664565562111500 / Order Date: 23rd April 2015 / Payment mode: Credit Card Asus Zenfone 2 was launched by Flipkart with great pump and show. It was going to be first come first serve transaction. I made first payment at 3.35 PM. All went well. But again, order was cancelled by Flipkart. I contacted Flipkart care over phone, executive again said, Sir this is due to some technical issue as Flipkart, you may please try again. It will not be cancelled now. I made another payment. Again cancelled. I again contacted Flipkart care, again same reply. Just to get this phone, I once again trusted your Executive, I made another futile attempt. As a total I made three successful attempts, and all were cancelled by Flipkart. I was assuming that might be there would be some issue with availability of the phone, thats why they have cancelled all of my transactions. But then I got to know, that certain people have successfully purchased the phone and they would be getting it. I asked Flipkart Care for the exact reason of cancellations. (Please refer my communication dated April 25 / Incident: 150425-010073) No reply so far. 3) Order ID: OD102715158243145500 / Order date: 29th April 2015 / Payment mode: Credit Card Same as above. Same story. No explanation. Order cancelled after payment. But when, I asked one of my friend to do it for me. All went well. His order was not cancelled.

Now at my end, I want Flipkart to answer following concerns point wise: 1) What is the exact reason my transactions are being cancelled ? While other can place their order successfully for same products. 2) Why Flipkart’s cancellation mail says “We tried contacting you to confirm a few details before we could process your order but were unable to reach you.” But actually, nobody contacted me. 3) Cancelling customer’s order without proper intimation, confirmation and justification is crime. As well by cancelling my orders, Flipkart has deprived me of the deals available on its portal for which I was having all eligibility (i.e. Product pre-registrations etc.) which comes under “Unfair Trade Practices”. I want to know, how Flipkart is going to compensate me for this.
