I have Vivo Y51L phone, and my mobile no.is 7043xxxx06 which is registered my Jio app. state-Gujarat,Surat. My Jio barcode is 55552436968 But my code showed redeemed when i went to the shop for the sim. Now, please give me advise what i do to get the sim.(Please block this and issue new bar code) .

My jio barcode is 55572480568 But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim. if ans is take new mobile.
