My AOC LED TV is not working since July 25. I logged a complaint and it was registered on August 1, 2016 with Job No. 160801 200009. I am mailing and calling them since that day but every time they say it will be done tomorrow. I am fed up with there response and service.

I have spent a lot of money on calls and yet nothing is done for the complaint. The company said that the TV will be changed completely. I want the same and a strict action against them so that no consumer is harassed by them in future.
