I had ordered Mi xiaomi 10400 power bank from askmebazar.com which got delivered to me on 7/2/2015 the approval date on the bill is for 3/2/2015, order no AB969716 , amount Rs749/- the product is damaged and not working at all i logged the first complaint on 8/2/2015 on thier cust. care no 04444444444 complain no : QRC91584 they gave me a call back on 13th after calling and mailing several times and took my bank details and said that the money will be replaced within 7-10 days (working days wasn’t mentioned) and a person will be coming to pick up the product with in 3 days but neither the person came nor the money has been refunded.. they have been just arranging the call back but no one calls. one of them tells me that u missed the call, the other guy tells me no they havent called they will call in next 48 hour, then when i call after 48 hours they say within 7 days.. each person is giving me different information and there is no one taking the responsibility to solve it.
