I have ordered Moto G 2nd gen phone order ID OD200944722529442200 of cost 12999 on 6th October 2014 with exchange offer of old phone of value Rs 2000 and they included old phone pick up charges Rs 50. And on paying with Standard Charted Credit card they gave 10% off. I received my order today but they didn’t give exchange offer and said you haven’t applied and refunded Rs 50 of pick up charge.

I just want that they give me complete offer of old phone exchange.
