I have requested cancellation of my MTS account. around 2 months ago…they sent me a bill for last month(Rs 1100) after I had placed order for cancellation. They said now my account is suspended. Moreover, I confirmed with them and they said my usage of their data plan was zero. Because I had already requested for cancellation and thus not using it. I sent them several emails thereafter explaining many times, I have requested for cancellation. But they don’t pay any heed. TODAY they rebilled me again for 2809 after I already explained that I have cancelled my account. This is BLOODY fraud on their part….HOW can they bill me for another month even after receiving several complaints. they are the BIGGEST FRAUDSTER ever…tell them to stop billing me!
