I purchased Jio SIM no 701473 3268 from retailer on 20 august 2016 at a time of afternoon . The sim has not activated till to date. 03 sept. 2016 I visited to reliance jio head office they have assured that the sim will activate within 24 hours after 24 hours again I went to reliance office that time attitude of reliance employees was worse the ‘SARKARI BABU’.

Today I have again try to contact with JIO Customer Care but continusly 30 minute busy and the havnt received my call still now. I am not satisfied with your company excutives. It is therefore requested that as soon as possible try to solve my problem. Thanking you

I got Jio SIM on 2nd Sep till now no network. I got only one message that is for new connection application please activate my sim jio no 70038 84615 imei-911483151587421

Hello sir i have taken jio sim on 23-08-16 but my sim is not activated till now while talking to my nearest Service centre they cant listen properly and of there Employer has abused me please note it down my complain to take a action over it Reliance Jio Service center at above Sagar international hotel waidhan Dist Singrauli MP pin code 486886 My jio no is 7000826193. please take a look over it also jio customer complaint service is nt reciving call
