I am from Karnataka and I have taken my Jio sim on 8th Dec Pune Maharashtra On my Karnataka ID adhaar card .the shopkeeper keeper said it would be activated within 2 days but it has been a week still it’s not activated . I have received my no. And offers are also redeemed by activation is not done it says can’t proceed for activation please contact the shop where I took the sim .I have been there met shopkeeper for 3 times still nothing. I am just fed up of this

I m from Duliajan in Assam,I have already Jio sim BUT not activated this sim. Bar code is already redeemed. I want to inform you that the reliance jio centre I’ve been is extremely non helpful. We even had to fill up our own forms. And after 30 days when I went to inform them they said we don’t have anything to do.
