OneAssist Mobile Claim Rejected

I placed a claim request for my MI 5 phone on 29th September. After 2 months on 25th Nov I received an email saying my claim request has been rejected due to insufficient reason. Ok forget that now, Its been 20 days and there is no mail or communication from your side regarding returning my phone. I am calling customer care and sending mail daily, I get only one reply “your case has been escalated”. I mean seriously ?? Oneassist is holding my personal property in appropriately without giving any updates or reason which is criminal breach of trust as defined under Indian penal code. Please any one suggest what action should I take ?
