hello there its being nice to saw complaint box for jio users. I have bought 3 mobile and 2 dongle for me and for office staff but ONE DONGLE not working properly its error that you have exhausted the limit at same time i talked with the person whom i buy all product and make me FULL and gave me other card of jio but still they not proceed my number and know they will not answering me properly. TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO I AM TALKING FROM OR WRITNG FROM AHMEDABAD GUJARAT AND ONE MORE (WHY SHOULD YOU APPOINT SUCH TYPE OF EXECUTIVE )if he didn’t know the value of customer my jio number 7016662536 i hope you will understand the in-convenience thanks

Recently I got a Jio 4g sim but unfortunately I’m unable to get 4g speed on my LTE device, it’s behaving like 2g
