Respected sir, I collected a Reliance Jio SIM from reliance store, Pilkhuwa, Hapur, Uttarpradesh on 23/08/2016 for my mobile phone Samsung A8. I submitted my aadhar card for identity proof as well as for address proof.My aadhar card number is 555187007384.But I got only confirmation message dated 06/09/2016 on my alternate number 9927809543 after making many complaints on Gio office at Pilkhuwa. My Customer order number is NO000006NQ6J. Which i received yesterday 06/09/2016 But till now my sim is not activated.

I got a Jio SIM on 29/08/16 but it has not activated till date i.e; 03/09/16. I got a sms earlier saying that there may be some delay to activate the Jio sim, its almost been a week I got the sms. I want to know how much more time will it take to get activated ? My jio no is 7014065610. My application number is NO0000 05R5ED. Please activate my Jio sim.
