I have recharged my number on 3rd Oct 2014 and I have made online payment of Rs50. But the recharge is not yet successful.Despite of repeated follow-up with care@paytm.com I have not received any help. I received a reply from care@paytm.com that the issue is resolved (al though it is not resolved). More than the money, it is the harassment that I have faced. Please look into this matter.
I want my money back and an assurance that I would not have to face such harassment in future.
