Why UNITECH Must Be Penalized for Late Possession ?

I continue to incur huge losses after having invested my hard earned money to the tune of Rs. 89,10,390/- after my retirement by purchasing the said house under Down Payment Scheme, for my living. Above all, the construction work is bound to deteriorate by stooping the work again and again during last five years which could be completed within six months after having received full payment from buyers under Down Payment Schemem. UNITECH apparently has used my hard earned money for some other on going projects in an unlawful/discriminatory manner. I am entitled to be compensated for payment of penal interest @ 18% P.A. w.e.f. 26.07.2010 for wit-holding my investment, as is chargeable/applicable by UNITECH from purchasers for delay in payment of any installment by them.

UNITECH must compensate me for huge losses incurred by me for such abnormal delay in delivering possession of my house (Ref: 1. IF-2, H-54, SC-II, GURGAON (Customer Code: IF0029) purchased by me under Down Payment Scheme by investing my hard earned money to the tune of Rs. 89,10,390/ by paying me penal interest @18% P.A. for such delay as is charged/prescribed by UNITECH from buyers for delay in payment of any installment. Or UNITECH should refund me full investment along with penal interest @ 18% P.A. w.e.f.26.07.2010
