Phone numbers involved are 9840881xxx/950012xxxx Paid all the bills and Requested for connection disconnection on 21st May. Enclosed screenshot of online payment. The connection was not disconnected and I am charged extra 1235. They promised refund on one number(9500120xxxx) but still not received any cheque. Requesting bill of the amount that they are charging and they don’t have. But they want me to pay. Have contacted multiple times nodal and appellate offices. Both have been postponing the dates only. Now when I threaten to take to consumer court they are not even giving proper response. Enclosed all the communications. Please help, I am tired following up with them for the past 6 months. Now there are some recovery teams who are sending harassing emails and calls.
1. Refund of extra money. 2. Vodafone should be penalized for not giving proper response and delaying the process. No reason for them to have nodal and appellate office if they also don’t want to respond. 3. Emotional harassment through calls and emails for me and penalty for vodafone for creating such situation where the customer has kept following up.
