Why Vodafone Does False Billing ?

Hi , I am a Vodafone customer and facing isssue quite frequently due to false billing. 1) I Activated the plan and the amount was deducted but the plan was not activated in my mobile number. I Called customer care couple of time but they kept on making excuse and give false promise but issue was not resolve. 2)When the plan was not activated i reactivated another plan . The money was deducted and plan was activated but in few day the plan was deactivated without any information and they started deducting higher rates. 3)The money get deducted but plan doesnt get activated correctly 4) I complain for the above in customer care complain number :- 1712192068 dated 10 oct and i got the sms that issue will be resolved by 13th Oct 6pm. when issue was not resolved i complanin reference number 1713189322 now they say issue will be resolved by 16th Oct. they never resolve the issue each time we call to know the status for the issue they register new complain and extend the date of resolution and never resolve the issue . The company deducted the amount but doesnt activate the plan correctly and despite complaining issue is not resolve.
