I have taken the Internet Service from the Chennai Registered Internet Service Provider WI5 (www.wi5.in) I have facing issue of no service from past 2 weeks. The company has given customer care number and escalation matrix on their Site. I have escalated this from last 1 week but I am not getting any response from them. The customer care number is also not operative now. The management is greedy , accepts money from Public and doesn’t provide any service.

I have paid for the whole month of service amount of Rs800 for which I never received a service. Also it affected my Office work due to no internet connectivity when I was fully depended on them.

I want following resolutions: (1) Refund of my Service Amount + Penalty amounting to Rs. 10000 (2) Public notification to prevent customers in investing money in Wi5 Services in Chennai
