This complaint is reference to my on line booked ticket at IRCTC having PNR no 8555785488 dated 04-May-2012 which I cancelled and filed TDR on 22-May-2012. I want to bring into your kind notice that despite of several reminders to IRCTC, still the refund has not been made. Every time same message is being received stating that your refund paper has been taken up with the concern railway department and if any received, will be credited to my account. It is almost 12 months have been passed and i am continuously expediting IRCTC but every time i have been receiving same message from customer care which is quite irritating and dis-appointing. Now I am feeling humiliated and tortured.I have wasted a lot my time and energy for the same.I my refund with interest for the year.
