Sir, We have submitted the Living certificate twice in the branch in December-2012 and also on 12.04.13 in the branch I have my SB A/c and my A/c no 23665 of Vijaya Bank Adugodi Branch. Due to their negligence they didnot submitted my form to the higher authorities and recently I have again submitted the form directly to the Head Office near residency road on 27.05.13 but still my pension is pending.
