Due some unknown reason my aircel balance from my number 76869XX436 is being deducted for several times(5-6 times).And whenever i ask for the reason they say that it i have downloaded a gift pack from net which costs 25 rupees or 30 rupees so it is being deducted . But the fact is i have never accessed any site or downloaded any content which will deduct my balance. Regardless a number of complaints they are still deducting my balance and taking over 3 days to return it once a complaint is registered. Please take some action against them which would stop them from doing this.

I want them to stop this unwanted bill deduction and want them to pay me 5000 rupees as compensation.
