i have been a frequent customer of wills lifestyle and was approached by their goa store to opt for the membership program.allmy details were registered with the store and the benefits were promised the next time i shop.however on subsequent purchases i was asked to produce a membership card which was never delivered to me.in addition despite the various updates we carried out we were always promised that the purchases shall convert to points and benefits can be redeemed subsequently.thrice the update was done at the brand store at fun republic and thrice they failed to register me.on the 07 oct when i enquired the whereabouts of my membership i was told that the card has been delivered and only the current years purchases convert into points.
i would like all my purchases converted to genuine points and reedemed,plus the compensation for the fuel and time wasted at their unprofessional and rotten stores and compensation for the mental harrasment and physical fatigue i was subjected to
