How Airtel Bill amount exceeded more than credit limit without any intimation ?

I was residing in Warangal, where I had a Airtel connection with No. 9652523732. I have received the mobile bill for Airtel up to Rs. 6500 till the month of October 2013, bill date 15.10.2013. As per my records Up to October 2013., the credit limit included in the same was Rs. 2500. The bill in the same was extended beyond my credit limit without any communication and further disconnect the connection. I received a message on my number regarding the bill saying the amount I have to pay was Rs. 6498. I denied to pay the same and asked for my credit limit. Which he informed to me Rs.2500 and now I am not going to pay such huge amount which is billed beyond credit limit without any intimation and I received message saying that my current usage is RS.1 for 15 days and after 15 days they sent a billed amount of RS.6500 and I was surprised by seeing that.I contacted airtel executive in warangal and he is saying to pay the total bill amount.please consider my request and Iam going to pay RS.1000 only and I cannot afford more.
