To , The Relevant Competent Authority, Woodland worldwide 04 July 2016 Grievance regarding non-replacemant of defective article of pair of shoes (article no-GB-1696115) purchased five months ago Sir, Regretfully submit that I bought a pair of shoes from your outlet situated at shop no. 188-A, G.F.,F.F.,Abu Lane , Meerut Cantt,Meerut just five months ago and meanwhile I found that the shoes had gone damage from inner back side which come to my notice as my feet got injured. When I made a complaint of the abovesaid problem to the local nearest store located at woodland aero club Shakuntla Complex, Opp. M. M. Degree College, Modinagar , they forwarded the article to the company forming the memo showing cause back outer damage and told me to wait for around twelve to fifteen days . When I contact them through a phone call to enquire into the matter they said that the said article could not be replaced because the damage occurred due to your fault of using a short size i.e. eight(8) instead of nine(9). Now I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am using your brand for the last six to seven years and consistently using the same no. as well. The assertion could come true only either of the conditions( 1) either I was using the short no. for last six to seven years(2) or the parameter of size is changed by a renowned Company like Woodland Worldwide. So the plea like this given by your officials or delegates whatever does not seem justified. Such a Prevailant brand has not acknowledged my loyalty level as such . This plea simply hurts a consumer who is loyal to a brand. Now you are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest taking into consideration my loyalty and length of association as a customer.
