Worst Customer Service from Airtel for 4G LTE Data

Hi, My 4G connection 9740544770 has been barred on Sep 18th. When I contacted airtel, they said address verification was not done and hence they have barred it. They have added in their database saying that I had told as I was out of station and the door was locked when they came to my home. Actually, no one called me and my brother would have been in home during the day time. I am not a fool to lie that I was out of station and make my number get barred. And I was using the connection for more than a month and now they have barred it with this reason. I have been contacting them from 18th , daily for 2 to 3 times and around half an hour each time. Whenever I call them, they are saying as they are looking at my case with top priority and they have escalated this to their backend team and the number will be activated in a day. And when I ask them to transfer the call to their superior, they said either he/she is in meeting or in another call or will arrange for a call back. No one called me back or my issue it not resolved from 18th. Actually I have subscribed to an online course and I am not able to study from 18th. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR SERVICE.I would like to move this legally and sue them. Thanks, Ganesh
