I sent important documents from patna to chandigarh using people trusted DTDC courier service (Tracking: k69721806). After couple of days, online tracking status was showing delievered but in actual it was never delievered. Still that item is missing and DTDC customer service has no explanation for that.

Isn’t their any customer service obligation on courier companies in India ?
