My phone had a problem with its software such that apps got downloaded automatically on their own. I gave phone to authorised service centre with advance payment of rs. 230 . Now they called me and said that they will reset the software but they will not take responsibility if the mother board gets dead as according to them they found some moisture on the motherboard and now they are asking me to take back my phone how it was and will not refund my money.
