Here I inform you that, I have purchases Micromax A068 in the month of April & usually when someone purchase a smart phone they having lots of excitement & joy so as usual I had too. But immediately after 15th days suddenly my Micromax A068’s screen has damaged. Immediately I have given to Micromax servicing centre, they told me that you will get it after 7-10 days & according I follow up after 10 days then again they told you will get it after 2 days and so on. Now 18 days has passed I did not get my Micromax A068. Servicing centre’s people don’t have any current update. THIS IS A WORST SERVICE I HAVE NEVER SEEN. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO CHOSE MICROMAX.THEREFOR, AS A CUSTOMER I BEGGED YOU PLEASE GIVE ME REPLACEMENT FOR DEMAGE MICROMAX A068 BECAUSE IT HAS COST RS 7000/- ALMOST YOU HAVE TAKEN. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WORST SERVICING EXPERIENCE WITH MICROMAX
