With due respect and veneration i want draw your kind that airtel mobile service provides worst service in my area namely naid Kadal Makdoom Mandow srinagar were i am not able to make call from ground and even in second floor internet service run very hardly .. when i call to customer care they tell me change sim with new one some body tell after few days service will be alright some body tell switch-off or on … i paid them huge amount of bill along with GST but they failed to provide me good service … so it is request kindly look at matter.

In door no range of 3g. My Airtel mob have no range of 3g. I complain to customer care but problems not solved. I recharge of 399₹ but due to network problem I can’t access my net at home. So plz solve issue. My Airtel mob no. Is 9503958727, my area walwadi pin code 424 001. Plz solve issue
