Wrong Info Provided by Vodafone Customer Care

My Vodafone No.92243XX347 got activated on 12/7/2016 Through MNP after verification.Upon clarification about my Vodafone pack by the Customer Care dt:12/8/2016, I was informed that Internet usage upto 300MB is included in the package. I was wrongly charged for Internet Pack which I did not opt for in the bill dt:-18/7/2016…I got it waived off(EXCLUDING SERVICE TAX) after talking to customer care on 13/8/2016.. I was again charged for the same service in the current bill dt:18/8/2016…and why I have to pay the service charge for the services I have not opted for..If I have opted for the same then why the amt. was waived off in the previous bill…and if not then why why am I charged for the same in the current bill…..why is the SERVICE TAX not adjusted in the the following bill.I have not received any physical bill for both the months

I want my refund of charges for the service I did not opt for and the service tax I have paid for the same.
