Wrong Recharge to DishTV – No Refund

I was recharging my set top box for Tata sky but wrongly recharged Dish TV for which i was the old subscriber, i am not using there service from last many months or say about a year plus. I wrote a complaint and in turn a customer care executive spoke to me and shows his dis interest to refund the money and said that we do not refund money… i recharged through Paytm and asked him to refund through Paytm Wallet… but he refuses, so, please help in getting my refund
